I agree that they are a tiny problem and that in the whole scheme of things other problems are more important, but I think the reason most people worry about the JA is that they are actively doing things which hurt people, and that is hard to ignore.

By analogy, I can turn round to a kid getting bullied at school where I teach and say, "For goodness sake, what is a little bit of bullying? It isn't like you are dying of cancer!" But of course I don't. I address the immediate need.

We are obliged in life to meet needs as we find them
