It is a completely open forum.

Ironically, there is very little discussion here, per se.

But a lot of ex-JAs need a place to let off steam (kind of like a calming room in a school, where people can scream blue murder, and no that there will be no consequences).

Maybe something similar in the JA would be healthier than suppressing free expression? If people are allowed to say what they really think (and know that they won't be punished, shunned, disapproved of, etc) they can work their way through a problem. I think a lot of people here are still working through a problem that needn't have been one if the JA didn't have this need to stop people being different.
