Yes, I think that is part of why my group failed. In that people who were initially keen to support dialogue, could not do so without attracting pressure from fellow JA members. Likewise, ex-members with friends still in the JA could not be out-spoken without risking their JA friends being embarrassed by them and breaking contact.

Facebook is just too explicit, unless people create false identities for meeting on FB groups.
