I did gen up a bit on bullies, and from what I understand, it all stems from the bully having a feeling of impotency, and I am sorry, I don't mean to be vulgar, but the man who wrote the article called it the "Small Penis Syndrome".

I don't have onbe, so I wouldn't know about that, but I did think it was quite an amusing way of summing it up!

I think you can get a sort of a pump thingy to inflate the thing from the doctors, wether that would help or not I don't know.
