It is hard to find a way, which does not sound patronising, to say that your postings are getting increasingly shrill and paranoid.

Surely when you did therapy you learnt that nobody can do anything to you which you do not allow them to do? You are responsible for your own feelings etc. I know the old joke has it that just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they are not out to get you, but in this case I think you just feel bullied because you are in a low place.

You obviously credit me with lots of powers that I really don't have. That can't be helpful. If you think I get off on all this, why not pull the rug from under me by not posting any more? That is the way the JA handle all this - they just ignore us...and it is a very effective tactic.

The point is, you are not hurting me, you are only hurting yourself; and that really is the crucial point here - you are doing this to yourself.
