When you leave community you need to get grounded go to the gymnasium or take up badminton etc or lots of long walks .
Alot of the times when we think we are being attacked by the devil etc it is just our paranoia and insecurities.

If you think you are being attacked by the devil then your sub-conscious will create the feelings that you are being attacked.
