Mr X, please see my email to you on this. Please don't be offended by what I put there, where I try to explain my position here.
It is no business of mine who Brian chooses to take over his group, as he will no doubt say himself in response to this posting :)
But I hope you will forgive my suggestion that we don't really know you and I'd have thought Brian would want to wait just a bit until he can get to know you before handing over control.
There have been a number of events in the last few days where the JA has tried to control the flow of information about things going on in the JA - with a JA within the fellowship speaking of leading an internal revolution, challenging the eldership over past events.....and when he did so, the JA closed down their FB Group (the one designed to counter Brian's)
By an extraordinary coincidence, within 24 hours you started posting on JAW and have since offered to take over the Brian's group, allowing Brian to stop opposing the JA there.
We could just have been very lucky in having you around, but I am sure you can see that it seems odd, especially when you consider that people joining our numbers happens only ever so often.
Brian may decide to instate you just to spite me, which might lead to a whole plethora of ironic events, but if you turn out to be the real thing, I'd be very pleased to give you whatever support you asked for.
All I would ask is that you be willing to stick around rather longer and let people get to know you better.
