If I am right, as you concede I probably am, that what Jj described would be disapproved of by most of the members, you cannot describe this isolated incident as Ritual Abuse. Tom worked with Noel Stanton himself and was well enough regarded to be asked to speak at Men's Day, yet he says that he never heard of anything like this. From that, it is reasonable to assume this incident was exceptional.
You cannot damn any organisation on the basis of an exceptional event. You appear not to have been a member of the organisation, yet you seem willing to overlook everything said by everyone here who was. Nobody, not even the most virulent anti-JA critic here has suggested anything like the sorts of absue you happily imagine. So your speculations are nothing but malign prejudice.
