I know what you mean....and actually I am much more interested in talking about what it was like talking to Noel and Mick etc at Men's day.

I don't think of myself as knowledgeable about the JA now, and nothing I experienced in the old days is necessarily relevant, which is why I invited everyone else's opinion when I started posting in September. You all know much more about what the JA is really about these days (or more recently than me). I don't think my recent visits give me very much insight because as you pointed out, my visits are part of their evangelistic activity and so I am not getting the inside track on life in community.
