Well there are a few welcome faces since I last posted here. Nice to see Kung Fu, Gothic, DSOAA and Wednesday Adams again.

Wednesday: Did you watch Tru Calling? I thought that the first episode was probably the worst in the series. Thankfully they stopped have poor Tru run around everywhere which was just plain ridiculous. The series has gotten better of late as they have brought other elements into the mix, such as Trus fathers involvement in her mothers death and the mysterious Jack, whom Im pretty sure no one likes.

I dont know about Purple Rain, but it has been raining a lot here in the past few days. When I left work on Friday I was greeted with a hail storm! Anyway, slightly later than normal due to celebrations on Friday as a former colleague of Mr Warlocks and one time wearer of strawberry smelling perfume is getting married in a few weeks time, I bring you Racks track of the week

This weeks offering is not something to do with time ticking away on Angel but, due to the fact that next Friday is St Georges Day, Im flag waving for some home grown talent. This week I bring you Time is running out by Muse

Forget the pseudo glam of The Darkness, Muse are probably the best thing that we have produced in a long time. This track taken from their Absolution album is in my opinion one of their best and a good introduction to anyone new to the band. It starts of with a smokin electric base line from Chris Wolstenholme, that vaguely reminds me of my electric toothbrush when its getting low on power (odd that), but its when it reaches the chorus that Matt Bellamy lets rip with a vocal bombardment and some nice crunchy guitar chords that Justin Hawkins can only dream about that the song implants itself into your mind and you just cant shift it, not that youd want to. My advice to you all is to seek out Absolutionfor the sake of your musical soul.

This is most odd, the rain is starting to look purplewonder why that is..

Take care all!!!!
