This is a case of two International thieves, Helen Pappas AKA Harlan Powers & Athina Karamanlis, caught red handed for misrepresenting themselves as licensed international attorneys in a scam in which they stole hundreds of thousands of dollars in retainer fees from many trusting and needy persons.
They are viciously slandering and harassing myself and Mr. Anthony Tsagarakos in a vain attempt to discredit us for putting an end to their lucrative criminal enterprise.
Helen Pappas AKA Harlan Powers & Athina Karamanlis are fugitives from justice wanted in several US states including Hawaii and the UK.
The slanderous and offensive postings about Mr. Anthony Tsagarakos and myself on this and other sites are mostly the work of a member of Helen Pappa's family, a vile, dishonest individual with a deceased imagination who apparently believes that writing many lies about Mr. Anthony Tsagarakos and myself will cause the multiple police warrants against Helen Pappas AKA Harlan Powers and Athina Karamalis be revoked or to disappear.
This person writes under several names on each message board, ( Harlan Powers, Betty Kramer, Betty Pappantoniou, Cathy Smith, Stella Karamanlis, Ted Appas, Nick Anthony, Pete, ABC, and others) insulting every reader's intelligence with her rantings, lies and foolish statements that a genuine attorney would never write.
The hatred for Mr. Anthony Tsagarakos is apparent in all their postings as Mr. Anthony Tsagarakos is credited for successfully locating numerous victims of these criminals and for assisting in the issuance of multiple Federal, State and City warrants for the arrest of Helen Pappas AKA Harlan Powers and Athina Karamanlis.
Helen Pappas AKA Harlan Powers & Athina Karamanlis were living a life of high luxury in New York City with money stolen from trusting persons who believed them to be licensed "International Attorneys" upon seeing their deceptive & fraudulent Internet ad. They were defrauding persons throughout the US, Hawaii and the United Kingdom, confident in their well versed scam and would easily escape arrest or prosecution by obtaining falsely evidenced restraining orders against any victims that would locate and complain against them. This ruse would give them ample time to relocate their criminal enterprise to another area.
While falsely holding themselves out to be licensed international and international attorneys, Helen Pappas AKA Harlan Powers would take on adoption, inheritance and immigration cases. Upon defrauding their emigrant victims of large retainer fees they would contact the INS to arrest and deport the victim.
A disturbing matter exists in the form of a letter written by Helen Pappas AKA Harlan Powers in which she expresses her admiration of the Mujahadin of Afghanistan, a militant group that assimilated into the Taliban and of her brokering of munitions transfers for this group. This letter and accompanying testimony from other persons regarding her expressed admiration of Afghan and Saudi terrorists is available to all law enforcement agencies and to victims of Helen Pappas AKA Harlan Powers & Athina Karamanlis.
