I cannot express my personal opinion of Mr Govindan on a polite message board such as this.

Let us just say that the yoga being taught by Govindan is not the Kriya Yoga taught by Lahiri Mahasaya and expounded by Paramahansa Yogananda in "Autobiography of a Yogi."

As you know Mr Govindan claims to teach a type of yoga received from Babaji himself by a Yogi Ramiah. You must decide for yourself how true this claim is.
