This is not an SRF issue. Every valid Kriya lineage requires that the techniques are kept secret - without exception.
If it was meant for Kriya to be published openly then the place to do so was surely "Autobiography of a Yogi" but this is what Yogananda wrote there:
Because of certain ancient yogic injunctions, I cannot give a full explanation of Kriya Yoga in the pages of a book intended for the general public.
This is really very clear.
Now it seems there are people such as Roy Davis who claim they know better that the Kriya masters. Better even than Babaji himself.
To me it suggests that Davis has nothing but contempt for the wishes of his guru in this matter.
