I just read your post. I don't know if you have been back to the board to read your messages. I can tell you that what you are experiencing is the kundalini awakening from Kriya. Also, Kriya, being a form of pranayama, can be dangerous. know that SRF teaches that Kriya is safe, but it isn't. For it you really need a guru who has not left the body to help you. I would suggest that you get help from a swami of a different lineage, but I don't wish to make any suggestions as to who on this web site. I really do think that you can get help. I just don't know how to contact you about this matter.
