But do you understand why we are not free all the way thru? Why are we placed
down here, why cannot we remain in the
spiritual realm? Is life anything else
than an illusion?

My friend still says that each universe
is better than the previous one, the
reason they manifest is because the
energy needs to get refined. Otherwise
there would be no reason to manifest
a physical universe, or work out the
karma from the previous universe etc.

Anyway you people probably think that
meditation is one main key to enlighten-ment? Thank you, Joan
