Sort of like driving a car...there is a lot of anonymity, and that is disinhibiting for aggression.

An electrician once told me, when I was complaining about the trouble I was having installing an oven, "Ain't nothin' hard thats easy." We are narcissistically aggressive predators, and the transformation of these primitive impulses ain't easy.
