In the previous message it should have read (of course) m2 = 2 * 10^6 sun masses. Sorry.

The history of yoga is related to the dual star history in that it is claimed that Kriya Yoga is a revival of techniques known in "higher" (i.e. previously "high" ) ages. Please count with me: 500 - 1200 = -700 - 2400 = - 3100 - 3600 = - 6700. Hence 5000 BCE is close to the beginning of Yukteswar's previous Treta Yuga. Isn't there also a conflict with G. Feuerstein's assertions?
