Paramahansa Yogananda:

I used to tell the students in my school in India that they must not only speak truth and expect forgiveness, but that they must speak truth and willingly accept any unpleasant consequences. Make the effort to get along with others through kindness, love and compassion; but whenever untruth comes, stand firmly against it. Never cooperate with untruth."
