This I cannot tell. I heard from a sure source that Master specifically taught Kechari to Dr. Lewis, at his time the vice-president of the SRF Board of Directors. After Master's mahasamadhi Doctor wanted that technique incorporated into the Kriya Lessons (it is mentioned but not described), but the other Directors declined as they saw that technique as Master’s personal instruction to this disciple and a few others, and not his general guidance to his students. Even so, it is possible that Doctor taught the technique to the monks (including Kriyananda) -- I don't know, he doesn't tell, but it is a possibility.

This is correct. As I said to you, they teach the "milking process".

As for to you buy or not the video, it is your choice. Ketch, however (see his post above), made a very good point: Talavya Kriya is a technique taught during the first initiation, at the most of Kriya circles. It should not be sold or taught in videos, tapes, booklets, etc.
