The fact that someone has copied Kriyananda's article to an anonymous website does not in any way alter the fact that Walters was left with egg on his face when he had to withdraw the article after a few days.

As for defending Yogananda's reputation in the Erskine case, the fact is that while Kriyananda ranted away on an obscure website but did not actually do anything, SRF arranged for blood tests with some of Yogananda's living relatives, then released the results to the press.

As a result of SRF's actions the results of the blood tests received publicity in the same newspaper that had printed the original article about Erskine's claims.

Which actions do you think were more effective in counteracting any bad public image formed as a result of Erskine's claim?
