Ketch: you are quoting an SRF publicity release put directly in the LA times, not a legal document intended for any court, but intended to allay the fears of the disciples. It was not vetted by the reporter who put it in, she has been asked. She just put it in.

I would not believe uncritically every publicity release that SRF puts out.

The so-called independent law firm was in the pay of SRF, so this release should be put on a par with Flynn's annoncements about other things, which have not always been reliable, tho always self-serving for SRF.

SRF had the opportunity of giving the testing altogether to a reputable lab, who takes care of bonded testing itsself from beginning to end. Instead, it was handled by a hired gun. You may find this ends the matter, but I do not.

The only straightforward honest thing is a direct DNA comparison wwith Yogananda anyway, which I believe SRF has tried hard to forestall.

I do not, by the way, think one will ever happen. Too much expense and hassle for the Erskines, who would not, in all probability, get any recompense for their legal expenses. This is the American Way of Law, so be it!
