Ok...been sitting around fancing myself a poet again...so here it goes...in all its crudity:
BUSHIT
My favorite word these days
Comes plunging through the haze.
As words cascade through his bit,
The word is simply... "bushit"
From "mission accomplished"
to America's safer now,
From I'm your president,
to give me war, forget the plough.
Bushit is everywhere he opens his mouth
From north to west and also the south.
What can it mean, what is its source,
It's from a place where there's no remorse.
He has nothing new to add, that's for sure,
A constant go-round of slogans not pure.
It used to be called our famous "bullshit,"
but now and forever it will be known as "bushit."
Look in his eyes, see the mask on his face,
If only his thoughts could really keep pace.
The more I see, the more I hear it,
The more I say...oh bushit!!
He actually thinks we believe his guff,
He won't acknowledge our "enough is enough."
He spews it out while we throw a fit,
He can't get enough of his own bushit.
The trouble is, some do believe his pat bushit,
They think he's the answer, but the problem is,
No matter how wrong this man may be,
His bushit continues from a to z.
They buy it in Michigan, and Utah, too.
They love it at rallies where no one boos.
He thinks repetition will be a hit,
But all he does is spew bushit.
I believe in George, I really do,
I believe that George has no clue.
I believe in George, he'll never quit,
I believe that George believes bushit.
I'm so tired of Bush...what a drag he is,
Is Kerry much better?, that's the quiz.
So say it and scream it where you see fit,
George is going and so is bushit.
