Although we did't always believe the same way on some subjects, I felt a genuine respect from David and in my humble opinion, that's what sociology is all about. To echo the sentiment of other students, this is college and not Romper Room school. If you don't have the stomach or want to listen to the information being presented, as my Great-Grandfather used to say, "get your monkey ass up and leave." It appears that his kid either had some type of ax to grind or else David's teaching caused him to examine a side of himself that the kid didn't like. In conclusion, I would like to thank David for making my return to the educational arena, a fulfilling and enjoyable adventure.
