 Thank you, Shar. It's going to be hard leaving Eugene/Springfield (but NOT LCC), but it's quite an opportunity for all of us, especially Barbara.

Also, thank you for popping in the this Board now and then...maybe as things smooth out I/we can make it more active...there's so much to talk about these days.

Meanwhile...the plans go on...
