...the show's on "hiatus," which means it's really over, at least for FOX. Assumably, they'll air the last three at some point in lieu of reruns of another show. Then they can say they have "new" programming. From past FOX shows that I watched that were cancelled (like "Greg the Bunny") I assume they'll announce that the show is back for a few episodes in a few months, when in actuality it's just the eps they never aired.
