look homeboy im a female and i was looking at this website for girl problems with boys, but i read your thingy and i think i could give you a little advice.#1 did you tell her how you feel about her? you need to tell but not be abosive about it. if she keeps saying she juust wants to be friends then give it time, show her your can be a true boyfriend to her, you'll have your chance.
