Ron,

It takes a number of trips to the range in order to become acclimated to, and comfortable with, using the same swing, etc. with all of your clubs. This is especially true for those who have been playing standard varying length clubs for many years and have the different swings, set-ups, ball positions, and so forth that are required for each individual golf club so strongly ingrained. However, with each trip to the range and each round of golf with your new 1 Irons your new single swing, set-up, ball position, and swing plane will become more and more ingrained. This results in an extreme level of confidence and resultant increased power on every shot.

Believe me when I say that over the course of the next month you will see an increase in distance with every club in your bag.

I started typing my reply earlier this morning then left it open on my computer and finished a few minutes ago. My experience is very much in line with David's thoughts.
