If you are considering a purchase, nothing short of playing with a demo set will do as much to inform you as the book. It is a very good read and contains valuable info about golf, the swing, equipment etc. I've been through mine twice and will read it again. It helps immensely to understand the reasons why the system works and gives you a chance to get inside the head of Mr. Lake.
Highly recommended!!

Dittos to Mark. It covers the gambit of David's philosophy. It definitley helps with catching the entire concept and functionally dealing with becoming comfortable with the clubs. Highly recommend.
