Subject: Monthly newsletter

We have received numerous e-mails from subscribers to our e-mailing list stating that they are not receiving our newsletters. The answer is that the internet browser they use for their e-mail (AOL, Yahoo, MSN, etc.), is sending them to their spam folder. Generally speaking, any e-mails received from a company's e-mail address will automatically be treated as spam by most internet browsers. In order to fix this problem it is necessary to check your spam file every time you check your e-mail. Any valid e-mails that are miss-classified as spam should be designated by you as "not spam". You will be surprised at the number of valid e-mails that are miss-classified.
