Subject: 1 Irons at Golf School

I just returned from one of the top 25 golf schools in America. It was a 3 day school and part of the course was club evaluation and fitting. The PGA pros had heard of the 1 Irons but had no experience with them. Over the course of the first 2 days the teacher, who was excellent, determined my ideal club fitting specs, right down to the frequency of the shafts that worked best for me. Long story short, the 1 Irons fit the recommended specs EXACTLY. I even watched as he placed each one on the gadget that measures shaft frequency. Each club was right on. Even the shaft frequency of the 1 Iron woods was exactly right. Although I will have to say he was not a fan of the Driver. It weighed in considerably heavier than other graphite 460cc Drivers and he wasn't particularly fond of that. But, I hit it well and more consistently. In the end he just said, "I can't say anything bad about your clubs."
