Hello David.

Thank-you for taking the time to answer my questions. Once in a while I've had the problem of hitting hozel rockets on full shots with the sand or lob wedge off the fairway or out of the rough. It's not like this problem happens all the time, but sneaks into my game when least expected. Obviously the next time I need to use that club, the confidence factor not too solid. In my own mind, the idea of having all the clubs one length makes quite a bit of sense to me especially to counter the above problem. I do have concerns though with how the wedges play in the bunkers. I've had decent bunker play the last few years and I'm concerned with the feel and performance of the 1iron wedges would have with the longer shafts and lighter club heads compared to conventional wedges. It would be nice to hear the comments of some of your customers and your thoughts on this as well.

Dan

I have the 1-Iron PW, GW, SW, and LW. They play better from the fairway than any wedges I've ever played - I think it's because the bounce angle is a lot less than regular wedges - no skulled shots. In my opinion the 1-Iron SW is much easier to hit from a bunker than a regular SW.
