Subject: Taking the Plunge

OK, so I think I've decided to take the plunge, order one of your gap wedges, and if it really feels right to me then try the whole set (I can return it in 30 days if I don't like it, so why not?) I'm getting a little bit of ambiguity in my W-T-F measurement, though...depending on pretty subtle changes in how I stand I can go from the 34-inch range to the 35-inch range. Recommendations?

Trying one club won't really give you a fair test of the 1-Iron concept. Whether you order one club or a set, you still have the 30 day trial period. I strongly recommend ordering the set of irons. You will be able then to get a true feel for the 1-Iron concept. I've had mine going on 3 years now.

Listen to Joel!!! The whole idea of 1 Iron Golf is that every iron you pick up is identical to all the rest. That's what gives you the confidence, power, and automatic swing that 1 Iron Golf is known for. Just getting one or two irons (especially a wedge that is going to feel strange to you) won't do you any good at all because you'll constantly be going back and forth between the irons you have now and the single gap wedge that you're planning to buy. Take my word for it and don't be cheap - get a full set of irons to try out.
