Subject: Too short?

Hi Dave, just got the new irons… haven't hit them yet but they seem like they may be too short. They're are about an inch shorter than my LW. I feel like I have to hunch over upon set up.
I do have the Driver for the 34-35, and it works great. Should I hit them or get at least an in longer?

David,

Your confusion stems from the fact that you have never had a set of golf clubs that fit you properly. The irons that you received are the same length as a typical "off the rack" #9 iron which is your correct length based upon your W-T-F measurement.

Trust me, take them to the range as per our "Playability Tips" that you received and after a few trips you will see a much greater degree of control/accuracy and distance than you ever experienced with your old set. Do not be discouraged at first because you are used to playing irons that were too long for you. Once you develop your ideal swing plane and posture everything will start to click and you will be very much surprised.
