Tom,

Most golfers tee the ball far too high. It should be teed so that the equator of the ball is even with the upper portion of the driver clubface when the club is soled behind the ball.

If your still fading the ball , just move in closer to the ball maybe 3-4 inches. With a fade you're usually to far from the ball and you'll lose distance
