Subject: Great Customer Service

Just wanted to publicly thank David Lake and his 1 Iron Golf company.

I've been playing with his clubs for more than a year and decided to add a 5 iron to my set. When the 5 iron arrived, it was snapped in half like a twig--I can only imagine the FedEx Ground carnage that caused this. Long story short, when I notified FedEx of the event and arranged for the pick up of the damaged item, I simultaneously notified 1 Iron Golf. David Lake immediately responded and arranged to build another club (the shipments are insured) and it arrived within a few days. Super service and I am impressed.

A separate note on the clubs, which I am obviously happy with. I notice from time to time concerns about loss of distance. I'll add my voice to other experienced 1 Iron Golfers' that this should not be a concern. Some people experience equivalent or longer distance right away. Others, like me, take a little more time to adjust to the system. I'm longer now than I used to be, without a doubt.
