Tony,

It takes a number of trips to the range and swing repetition to fully ingrain your single swing necessary for your new 1 Irons. What is happening is that even though you know that you are supposed to use this one swing, posture, ball position, etc. with all of your irons you are unconsciously varying your swing when you see PW, #3, etc. on the sole of your irons. It just takes time to mentally get past this and when you do you will find that your level of ball striking has increased dramatically. I will give you one very important piece of advice and that is to never choke down on any iron for any shot (the only exception would be for a side hill lie).
