Sounds familiar. I was a 5 handicap until I started playing my 1 Iron Golf clubs two years ago, and now I have a negative handicap. These clubs are not just for the mid and high handicapper. They add that extra bit of consistency that low handicap players need to shave off those few extra strokes.

Frank,

Why do you suppose that the 1iron concept has not been more widely accepted by highly proficient golfers, and even touring pros? The concept makes such sense.

As a flub-a-dub myself, I'm constantly struggling with ball position set up issues -- I would think that 1irons would have become the new paradigm.

Thanks for your thoughts...

A low handicap golfer is very hesitant about making any kind of switch in their equipment or game figuring that it might cause them to lose their groove. Like you, I thought that the 1 Iron Golf System made so much sense that it had to work, and it certainly did. I know that most of the pros use a single length in their irons from the 9 iron on down through the wedges so it just makes sense that the same can apply for all the irons. I think that you'll see a lot more pros adopting this system in the future.
