Like you I searched every golf forum on the internet: Free Golf Info, Brain Manzella, Golf Opinions, Golf Digest, Graves Brothers, Natural Golf, RankMark, and about ten others. Every forum had numerous threads about 1 Iron Golf going back about eight years and a lot of the posters had purchased the clubs and posted their reviews (all excellent). The FGI forum had one thread that had 600 replies. In none of these did I ever see a single negative comment about the company or their customer service. I found only one post where someone had returned their clubs pursuant to 1 Iron Golf's 30 day return policy but the thrust of the poster's comment was how fantastic the customer service was.

This was a little over one year ago and I bought a full set of irons and woods at that time. Once you try these clubs you'll understand why you can't find any negative comments or negative reviews.

I have finally decided that the only way I will be able to see if the clubs work is to try them out! Ordered a 3-GW set but am replacing the GW with a LW.

I have very high expectations after all the positive feedback I've been reading and am super excited!

James: I, too, did a lot of research before I purchased my 1-Irons a few months ago. I ran across a TWGT Forum note sent to me by a local golfer. It was written by Tom Wishon who is a club component supplier "Guru" in Durango, Co. In the forum, someone asked him about "single-length" clubs. The last paragraph is interesting. He states that the main reason anyone talks about the single-length concept is because this would allow each club to swing with exactly the same feel and effort. In that sense, then doing matching of the clubs in a single-length set gives you precisely that. All clubs require the same exact amount of effort to swing, yet you don't have the length increment differences to worry about and you don't have to worry about the distance differences between clubs because they all swing the same! For the record, I have never owned such a great set of clubs; they are easy to hit, consistantly straight and after learning how to play them, it is just a matter of choosing the right club for the distance you need to cover! Hit em straight! R2
