After one year of following the 1 Iron Golf website I finally pulled the trigger and ordered a set of Used/Demo irons plus all of the wedges. The discounted price on the set of irons plus the free shipping, since I live in the UK, were the deciding factors. I was wrong - I wish now that I had ordered them ten years ago and I would have gladly paid twice the price.

Since I am getting into my advanced years I was looking at consistency and control. Imagine my shock when I hit these irons five yards further than my Pings with much more accuracy! My distance game with the 1 Irons has effectively made me twenty years younger.

I cannot say enough about the quality of workmanship and the obvious design integrity of these irons. From the first day I was hitting the shots of my life and my first round produced the lowest score I have ever achieved.

I will admit that I have succumbed in the past to the multi-million dollar advertising campaigns of the big name brands as I have typically purchased new sets of clubs every three years or so trying to buy a good golf game. I can say with perfect honesty that I will never have to spend another shilling on golf clubs since I have found the perfect set - 1 Irons.

My advice is this - if you are sitting on the fence like I was then do yourself a huge favor and buy a set of 1 Irons immediately and watch your scores drop.

I am totally just like you..I must admit, I have purchased a new set of irons since 2008 (really no improvement).. 1 iron golf has had my attention for at least 1 year now..I have not pulled the trigger on a set, but I find the idea of same length irons appealing...my hang up is I am unsure how they will look and I am afraid I will be dissapointed..I am guessing I will buy a set to try them..I am glad you posted here..my guess is we had the same reservations about the clubs..cheers..
