Mr. Lake,

Firstly, thank you for your prompt response. The information your have provided explains quite a lot. I'm guessing then, if there is an upper limit, that there is a ratio between the length of the club and the loft angle beyond this extreme in order to maintain the desired yardage gap and if so do you know what it is??

There is a point of diminishing returns in adjustment of club length at each of the two extremes of the W-T-F measurement ranges, the one being at the 39.9" range and above and the other being at the 32.9" and below. In either case there would be a negligible affect (if any) by further club length adjustment and, in fact, could hamper the golfer's performance. It might be of interest to note that we have had many customers over the past 17 years (women and juniors) who have W-T-F measurements in the 28" - 32.9" range that play our golf clubs and have vastly improved their games as a result. As well, we have many current and former NBA players as customers (W-T-F measurements of 41"+) because we are the only ones who can fit them properly.
