Jim: In addition to the excellent advice given by Mr. Lake I have my students adjust their spine-angle tilt. If you keep your spine angle "straight" or perpendicular to the ground at address and during the swing (face-on view), the ball will have a tendency to stay low. If you "tilt" your spine angle slightly toward your rear foot at address (face-on view), the ball will tend to fly higher. Try doing this at the range - it is interesting to see how changing your spine angle changes your ball flight. Staying "behind" the ball at impact is a good indicator you have the proper amount of spine-angle tilt for the type of shot you are making. Take care and hit 'em straight! R2
