Subject: Switching to Pro-Line clubs

I have been hitting with 1 iron clubs for almost 8 years now and LOVE them. I like the swing weight and the overall feel of the ball off the club. Occasionally I have hit other irons and have even hit with Sterling irons but always I have decided that the 1 irons are best for me. But now I an looking for a new set of 1 irons and wonder if the pro-line hold any significant advantage. I do not necessarily want a lighter club nor something with a different feel so I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

I played the regular 1 Irons for five years and found them to be outstanding. Last year I purchased the Pro-line set and can say that they are a definite upgrade to the standard 1 Irons in performance. Tighter shot dispersion and the lighter weight, although not dramatic, provides additional feel and control.

Dear Sir;
I was curious if you ever got the Pro Line irons. If so how do you like them.

thanks

I purchased the Pro-line irons in June and have since shot my 5 lowest rounds ever. Excellent, high performance irons.

I also switched from the 1 Irons to the Pro-line and there is indeed a difference. Don't get me wrong, the 1 Irons kept me in golf for the past five years instead of giving up in frustration but the Pro-lines are a step above.
