I deleted it right off! It just didn't have subject title that I thought was anything we'd been talking about. I think it said "parts" and it said it was from your full name which I've never seen before. It was only 40K large which threw me at first. Most viruses are over 120K. Whenever in doubt DELETE!!!! You can always ask for another e-mail.
