This is a scam if you actually take the time to find those sections 1302 or whatever or call that number the post office will tell you this is a scam chain letters are a scam the minute you send money that can not be traced if your going to do this I suggest getting a money order to send to said adresseds ok I know you probably feel dumb its ok I did not want to offend you I just wanted you tee see this chain letter is brilliant cuase it give you a phone number to call and its all over the internet please dont do it it is a scam because its illegal to send money through the mail in doing so your gambling which of course in most states is illegal and could cost you millions even prison time you really gotta watch out for this stuff if you posted it you need to go and delete it ok hope this helped instead of sending a dollar send a money order so you can track your money and the culprit can be caught have a terrific day
