Well, consider this... how about age discrimination. Check out the posts. If you are older than 35 your worthless!
Even if you have 60,000 hours of previous teaching experience behind you, hundreds, if not thousands of lesson plans experience and development, ability to assess students?abilities for placement in class levels, develope tests and quizes, are a marvel game and fun master, handle special discipline problems with the diplomacy of former president Jimmy Carter and Winston Churchill, am never late to class and all of the other sterling qualities that make up a master teacher, consider yourself dead if you are over 35.
A master but dead!
