Howdy,
I'm an Australian planning on coming to Taiwan as soon as possible. My priority is to earn some decent dollars, but money cannot be my focus or I become very unhappy. I want to become an effective teacher.
I have just done a TEFl course in Barcelona and feelready to begin.....,but where?
Hsin-chu seems ok by all reports. I don't mind living somewhere smaller either. Some say to begin with go to one of the larger cities.
What I really want is for someone to say, just go to ....... and there things will work out ok in the long term. Does it matter? Am I just being insecure? Should I just land and go to it?
