As a foreigner you really have very little controlmover your life here.The money is Ok but it is comparable to many other places. Most people choose to work in Taiwan because they are under qualified for a position elsewhere or they are looking for an adventure. A challenge is the most neutral term I could use to describe Taiwan. Everything in Taiwan is a gamble, so if you are a gambler you may do well here. If not try Japan. A.
