You may be arrested by the police who will then attempt to extort monies from your employer so you are not deported. If you have an ARC you are in a very real danger of being deported by working at two schools. The fact is that there is a power struggle between the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of the Interior. They both now claim the control of the rights of foreign teachers on Taiwan and the rights to extort bribes and commissions from schools hiring foreign teachers. Please be careful and good luck. A.
