Please note this information is not accurate but is the official line of HESS Taiwan.
"Joseph Chu and Karen Hess started the first Hess Language School in Taipei in 1983. Now there are over one hundred branches throughout Taiwan. Most of the branches are owned and operated by the Main Office in Taipei. A few branches are joint ventures with local partners, and some are franchised. Our franchise branches are supported by Teeny Tiny Head Office in Nei Hu and maintain the highest quality of teaching and management."

I have no reports on this franchise but as they are relatively new and a subsidiary of HESS Taiwan I can not recommend employment with this institution.
