 Yes, it is possible but you have to open your business and the have that business sponsor your visa.
Also non Chinese are prohibited from owning a majority shares in any business on Taiwan.
That means you will have to trust a large sum of money to a Chinese partner to sponsor your own visa.
Even then your Chinese business partner can and probably will cancel your visa when they steal your business from you.
I recommend going to a real country if you wish to be respected as a human being.
